 I am not receiving the team coach/managers Email-what should I do?

 

Use your KPCC Login to check your details are correct in our registration system. There is an explaination on how to use the system in our Library under '2012/13 Registration'.
2. Check that you have ticked the box 'YES' to receiving email from the Club in your KPCC Login. If you have ticked 'NO' you will need to make special arrangements with your team coach & manager.
3. Otherwise your computer may think it is Spam & be rejecting it. Put your team coach & manager into your 'Safe Sender' list or into your 'Contacts'.

This is the 1st season I have played for KPCC & I haven't received my cap.

Please contact our merchandise officer through  merchandise@kissingpointcc.com.au & we will arrange a cap for you to collect.This will happen if you registered online, you need to contact us. Sorry we can't keep track of who has received them(or not).
