KPCC Leadership 2025/26

Following our AGM on 30 June 2025, all positions were vacated and nominations received for the new leadership structured introduced by the 2024/25 committee.

We welcome back previous members to current and new roles and also welcome new members.

The club's new structure encourages parents, players and community members to volunteer their time to the club with a rule of "no more than 2 hours per week". Some roles are based around specific times of the season, such as registration or training allocations.

If you see issues in a volunteer run club, it's usually because the volunteers don't have the bandwidth to improve in that area, or haven't been able to look at the issue due to other time pressures. Club volunteers are like gold, and are treated as such.
