Congratulations, Nav
Naveen Sivanathan, winner of the Cricket NSW award for Young Leader of the Year 2024.

Naveen has been playing cricket with KPCC since age 6, and for the last 4 years has been coordinating Junior cricket for the club.

In presenting the award, Cricket NSW has said:

Twenty-two-year-old Naveen Sivanathan, the vice-president of Kissing Point Cricket Club, won the Young Leader of the Year Award, for his four years of dedicated service to the club as a volunteer and a committee member, while also being a Blast coordinator and a friend and mentor to the club’s 250 plus junior cricketers.

The club congratulates Nav on this well-deserved recognition for his efforts supporting and improving junior cricket at Kisso.

Positions vacant

A new committee for season 23/24 was elected at the AGM on 29th May 2023.

We still have important positions vacant that we would like to fill, including:

  • Junior Competition Coordinator  - filled! A big thanks thanks to Dave for stepping into this role.
  • Junior Non-Competition Coordinator - a very important position coordinating our U8-U11 teams
  • Junior Girls Coordinator - another important position helping to organise our Girls cricket teams
  • Canteen & Bar - filled! A big thanks to Erin for stepping into this role.

Volunteering

Volunteering can be an extremely rewarding experience for an individual. We welcome all volunteers.

The club has a number of ordinary positions open to assist the committee with running the season. If you have skills to offer the club in any volunteering capacity, we'd like to hear from you.
